Leading the Way in Research
Our research relates to affordable housing, community development and connecting low-income families to opportunity. In addition to conducting our own research, Enterprise also funds partner organizations, supporting them as they build their capacity and evaluate the success of their own programs.
Drawing on the latest data and research from the field, we have launched new tools and resources that help users better understand the needs of the communities we serve. These tools assess neighborhood factors that are strongly correlated with long-term positive outcomes for low-income families. Users will be able to leverage public and commercial datasets to capture resident perspectives and resources to engage community leaders.
Through Enterprise’s industry expertise, we have built an extensive library of in-depth expertise, best practices, and research. Visit our Resource Center to browse the full database of research by Enterprise and our partner organizations.
The Housing Insecurity Dashboard is an interactive site that brings together curated resources and customized fact sheets to help you learn and discuss how housing insecurity affects communities across the nation.
