Together with partners, we’ve helped create or preserve over 149,849 affordable homes by leveraging $12.06 billion in capital across the Southeast region.

Some of our key programs include:  

  • Preservation Next: Seeks to preserve unsubsidized and subsidized rental homes through technical assistance, data analysis, partnership development and policy
  • The HouseATL Funders’ Collective: Partners with a collaborative of public, philanthropic and private funders to coordinate existing and new resources to support the production of affordable homes in Atlanta
  • Faith-Based Development Initiative: Works with houses of worship to develop new homes and facilities for low- and moderate-income residents and communities
  • State and Local Policy: Advocates for affordable housing to support Georgia families

A.G. Rhodes in Marietta
We celebrate the grand opening of A.G. Rhodes' skilled nursing and person-directed memory care facility in Marietta, Georgia. This state-of-the-art facility accommodates 72 residents living with dementia. Renovations were also completed on the existing building that houses 58 residents. Enterprise supported this project with a $12M investment in New Markets Tax Credits, aiding in the financing.

First Baptist Church Gresham Road
Enterprise Faith-Based Development InitiativeSM celebrated the groundbreaking of First Baptist Church Gresham Road, a member of the Southeast Cohort, and Vecino Group. Together, they are developing 125 units of affordable housing for seniors in Decatur.

Columbia Residential
Enterprise Community Loan Fund is proud to partner with Columbia Residential to preserve four, year-15 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit properties in Atlanta, Georgia. This partnership will preserve 409 apartments and 362 affordable units.

The Annie E. Casey Foundation

Support from the Annie E. Casey Foundation helps us provide tools, technical assistance and training to developers to preserve the stock of naturally occurring and subsidized rental housing in Atlanta. The Foundation also supports the HouseATL Funders Collective helping to fuel the development of affordable homes across the City.
