Together with partners, we’ve helped create or preserve affordable homes for more than 92,000 families by leveraging $4.6 billion in capital across the Southeast region.

Some of our key programs include:

  • Keep Safe: Equips affordable housing operators with tools to assess building resilience to climate change and natural disasters and with actionable strategies to address vulnerabilities
  • Keep Stock: Seeks to preserve unsubsidized and subsidized rental homes through technical assistance, data analysis, partnership development and policy
  • The HouseATL Funders’ Collective: Partners with a collaborative of public, philanthropic and private funders to coordinate existing and new resources to support the production of affordable homes in Atlanta
  • Faith-Based Development Initiative: Works with houses of worship to develop new homes and facilities for low- and moderate-income residents and communities
