Together with partners and funders, we’ve helped create or preserve affordable homes for more than 45,000 families by leveraging over $2.5 billion in capital throughout Washington and Oregon.
Some of our key programs include:
- Home and Hope: Facilitates the development of affordable homes and early learning centers on underutilized, tax-exempt sites owned by public agencies and nonprofits
- Washington Early Learning Loan Fund: Provides real estate, small business and start-up loans, along with technical assistance grants, to nurture the growth of early learning facilities
- Regional Equitable Development Initiative Fund: Provides $21 million in low-interest financing to acquire property in transit-accessible areas in Washington’s King, Snohomish and Pierce counties to preserve and create affordable homes
- State and local policy: Advocates for affordable homes and community development in the Pacific Northwest
Home & Hope Mapping Tool
