Some of our key programs include:
- Equitable Path Forward: A five-year, $3.5 billion nationwide initiative to help disadvantaged developers gain access to capital and resources.
- Fifth Third Neighborhood Program: Promotes equitable growth and economic mobility in South Chicago in collaboration with local organizations.
- Affordable Housing Decarbonization Hub: Connects multifamily portfolio owners to resources that support energy efficiency projects through an online platform.
- Chicago Flats Initiative: Advocates for the preservation of Chicago’s two- to four-flat buildings to provide affordable rental and homeownership opportunities.
- Elevated Chicago: Collaborates across sectors to promote equitable transit-oriented development of public spaces, buildings and vacant land.
- Qualified Allocation Plan Equity Impact Assessment: Ensures that developments supported by Low-Income Housing Tax Credits are equitably allocated
