Marc Tousignant
Marc Tousignant is the director of supportive housing for Enterprise's Southern California Market. He directs efforts to preserve permanent supportive housing (PSH) and strengthen the coordinated entry system across greater Los Angeles. His work focuses on advancing systems change and long-term housing stability for the region’s most vulnerable residents.
Tousignant joined Enterprise in 2007, initially managing technical assistance efforts through HUD’s Los Angeles Field Office, including support for the federal HOME and Continuum of Care programs.
Prior to joining Enterprise, he served as a senior program manager at Shelter Partnership, Inc., where he provided technical assistance for the Los Angeles Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program and helped shape strategic planning for special needs housing across the county.
Tousignant began his career in affordable housing as an AmeriCorps intern with Resources for Community Development in Berkeley. He holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Michigan.
