Kristine Williams
Kristine Williams is an associate director on the Northern California Solutions team. Based in Stockton, Kristine leads Enterprise's programmatic and policy initiatives across California's Central Valley. Her work focuses on helping communities access affordable housing funding that furthers California's climate goals while building the capacity and partnerships that support healthy housing ecosystems.
Since 2016, Kristine has helped the Central Valley access approximately $200 million of state climate funds, creating over 900 affordable homes. Among her key contributions, she helped launch the Stockton Housing Innovation Fund and currently serves as a technical advisor to the San Joaquin Council of Government's Regional Housing Fund Advisory Committee. She is also a board member for the San Joaquin Valley Housing Collaborative.
Kristine holds a master's degree in city planning from the University of California, Berkeley and a bachelor's degree in geography from San Francisco State University.
