  • Enterprise Green Communities celebrated 20 years of impact, with more than 241,000 certified healthy, resilient, and energy-saving homes benefitting over 600,000 people.
  • Our Faith-Based Development Initiative reached its 20-year milestone, helping houses of worship transform underused land into housing and community assets with more than $211 million in loans and equity.
  • Years of Enterprise-led advocacy set the stage for passage of the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, a watershed bipartisan package designed to expand housing supply and improve affordability.
  • In our largest investment year ever, Enterprise invested $11.1 billion nationwide, bringing total investments since 1982 to $92 billion across all 50 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
