Enterprise partnered with the King County Department of Community and Human Services and Communities of Opportunity to deliver an eight-part training series on affordable housing development to local community groups.

Enterprise looks forward to working with stakeholders to raise and invest the necessary resources by 2027 to make housing stability and affordability a reality for another 6,900 households living near the Purple Line.

Enterprise launched the Frey Fund in 2018 to support the growth of mission-driven affordable housing developers and nonprofit social service organizations in New York. Over the past six years, the fund has committed more than $7.9 million in loans, with 72% committed to BIPOC-led organizations.
