Enterprise is focused on dismantling the enduring legacy of systemic racism in housing – a legacy that has prevented generations of Atlanta’s Black and Brown families from accessing safe, affordable homes and the same kinds of opportunities to achieve upward mobility as white Atlantans in affluent neighborhoods.

Colorado’s housing affordability crisis long preceded COVID-19 but has been illuminated and exacerbated by the pandemic.

Funding support for the planning process is being provided by the Bainum Family Foundation. This includes engaging Enterprise Community Partners and their mission-based consultancy, Enterprise Advisors, to support W8CED's resident engagement, asset mapping, and planning.

Housing Priorities Coalition's advocacy is compounded with thousands of comments from stakeholders who share our values on housing affordability and racial equity. Thi reviewed, edited, improved, and refined.

It starts with design: good resident services programs work with families to develop the programs and services offered, rather than dictating to them what they need.

A grant from The Kresge Foundation will support a collaboration between the American Heart Association and Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. (Enterprise), to help local faith-based institutions identify unique solutions to develop land and property assets into affordable housing.

The estimated rental need is based on Enterprise Community Partners’ analysis of economic forecasts from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, as well as unemployed assistance currently offered to households.
