Power Forward Communities Awarded $2 Billion as Part of the National Clean Investment Fund to Decarbonize American Homes

Today, Power Forward Communities, a coalition of some of the country’s most trusted housing, climate, and community investment groups, was awarded a $2 billion, seven-year National Clean Investment Fund (NCIF) grant from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to provide capital for affordable residential decarbonization throughout the country, with a specific focus on low-income and disadvantaged communities.

Enterprise Community Partners Welcomes Major Wins for Housing Resources in Senate Budget Proposal

Enterprise Community Partners today applauds the Senate Finance Committee for including language in its budget reconciliation package proposal that would permanently extend the New Market Tax Credit and strengthen the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, a resoundingly bipartisan way to expand the housing supply and economic opportunity in every part of the nation.
