A joint project of NeighborWorks America and Enterprise Community Partners
The Health Outcomes Demonstration Project is a new national initiative addressing the current challenges in measuring the impact of housing and community development programs on resident and community health. Jointly implemented by Neighborhood Reinvestment Corporation and Enterprise Community Partners, the project provides evaluation technical assistance, grant funding, peer learning, and health measurement tools to 20 nonprofits across the country to help them demonstrate and document health outcomes in low- and moderate-income communities.
