In a challenging environment, the California Tribal Housing Accelerator Academy became more critical than ever in 2025. In its second year, the program offered comprehensive training, expert technical assistance from Native-led consultants, and pre-development grants to advance housing goals.

Twenty-eight tribal organizations from New York to Hawaii to Alaska are strengthening their capacity to serve Native families with nearly $1.5 million in Section 4 grants.
