The Cuyahoga County Housing First Initiative began in 2002 when the Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland, in partnership with Enterprise and the Cleveland/Cuyahoga County Office of Homeless Services, convened 17 organizations to bring the permanent supportive housing model to Cleveland.

Of the $99.4 million budgeted for five years, about $40 million is expected to be distributed in loans and $40 million is to be spent as grants, said Mark McDermott of Enterprise Community Partners. The balance would cover the program’s administrative costs and some initial landlord costs, such as for lead testing.

Enterprise Raises $209M with Milestone 50th Multi-Investor LIHTC Fund

Enterprise Community Partners closed its 50th multi-investor Low-Income Housing Tax Credit fund. With $209.3 million in capital commitments, Enterprise Housing Partners Fund 50 will create or preserve 1,360 affordable homes in 14 properties across 12 states
