Enterprise Community Development, Inc., one of the largest mission-focused nonprofit affordable housing providers in the Mid-Atlantic, has successfully closed on $116.4 million in financing for three affordable housing communities that will support families, seniors, and formerly homeless veterans in Maryland.

Enterprise Community Development was joined by City and State leaders today to celebrate the groundbreakings of Legacy at Cedar Lane I/II and The Vision at Parkway, two modern, new affordable housing communities in Columbia, Maryland.

Enterprise Community Development celebrated the grand opening of Magnolia Gardens, a new 72-unit affordable housing community in La Plata, Maryland, on Wednesday, May 7.
