Inaugural Solarthon Benefits Affordable Homes in Maryland

Sun Crest Heights received a complete makeover via the inaugural Solarthon, a solar installation block party and fundraiser. Enterprise Community Loan Fund provided a $4.1 million loan to preserve the affordability of Sun Crest’s 44 homes. The loan was part of Our Region, Your Investment, a local impact investing initiative.

Innovative Financing Package Helps Veteran-Owned Start Up

By the end of 2017, Honor Capital, a group founded by veterans, will double in size thanks to an innovative multi-million-dollar Community Development Financial Institutions (CDFI) collaborative financing package between Enterprise, IFF and Reinvestment Fund. Thanks to this CDFI and New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing, the company will soon be operating in six states.
