Transit-Oriented Development in the Pacific Northwest
To advance the construction of affordable housing in quality, higher density developments near transit and other amenities, Enterprise is leading with several housing funders in the region to explore how the region can acquire land and buildings for future equitable development. The Enterprise Pacific Northwest office is focusing the majority of its Washington grant funding on innovative, environmentally sustainable projects in smart locations. Recently, Enterprise awarded over $300,000 to five community development corporations (CDCs) and other nonprofit developers in Puget Sound, supporting organizational preparation and predevelopment costs.
