How We Work with Partners and Leading Experts
Enterprise Advisors is leading a consortium of five organizations to operate the White House Council on Strong Cities, Strong Communities’ National Resource Network (NRN). NRN is developing and delivering innovative solutions to cities facing severe economic challenges. The network provides three core services:
- Direct assistance to cities
- Access to peer networks and new ideas
- Online, on-demand access to expertise
Enterprise Advisors works with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and leading experts in the field to provide technical assistance to public housing authorities engaged in RAD conversions to successfully preserve their housing inventory in a stable and sustainable manner. RAD was created in order to give public housing authorities (PHAs) a powerful tool to preserve and improve public housing properties and address the $26 billion dollar nationwide backlog of deferred maintenance. RAD also gives owners of three HUD "legacy" program (Rent Supplement, Rental Assistance Payment and Section 8 Moderate Rehabilitation) the opportunity to enter into long-term contracts that facilitate the financing of improvements.
