Jordan Pearlstein

Jordan Pearlstein is a Senior Director with Enterprise Advisors. In this role, she serves on Advisors' leadership team and leads the community resilience practice area, which includes Advisors’ community revitalization and climate resilience bodies of work. Since joining Advisors in 2017, Pearlstein has provided technical assistance, capacity building, and consulting services to dozens of local governments, community-based organizations, and their cross-sector partners around the country. Her experience spans a variety of housing and community development topics, from place-based revitalization, activating vacant properties, economic mobility strategies, disaster recovery and climate resilience, affordable and fair housing, inclusive civic engagement and conflict resolution. Prior to joining Advisors, Pearlstein worked at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the U.S. Agency for International Development, and multiple nonprofit organizations. She holds a B.A from Scripps College and an M.A. from Tufts University.
