Through this RFQ, Enterprise seeks to pre-qualify Maryland state-certified Qualified Energy Professionals (QEP) and firms and organizations with experience conducting property-level physical/capital needs assessments. Selected contractors would be paired with multifamily rental property owners in the Purple Line corridor to complete an energy audit to support property owners’ applications for state energy efficiency and electrification funding and physical/capital needs assessment.

- RFQ submission deadline: 5 PM ET, Thursday, July 23, 2026
- Pre-qualification notification: Mid-August 2026
- Estimated period of performance: 12-18 months (subject to funding award)
