Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. (Enterprise) is seeking a qualified organization with proven expertise in real estate analysis, affordable housing, and familiarity with the Cleveland and Detroit regions to conduct a comprehensive capital study for faith-based housing initiatives. This analysis will support houses of worship, financial institutions, policy makers, legislators, and philanthropy in understanding the financial resources that are available and needed in the Cleveland and Detroit markets for houses of worship to develop and redevelop housing in underutilized land.
The development of housing inventory is essential for supporting and improving housing affordability. This analysis will examine both multifamily and single-family housing models, as well as the financing strategies required to successfully convert available parcels into productive housing developments.
