Enterprise Community Partners (Enterprise) is seeking an agency of record to tell the Enterprise story and advance our work through the media, public speaking engagements, and other public-facing opportunities. The initial engagement will last one year, beginning January 1, 2024, with potential for renewal beyond that period.
As one of the largest affordable housing organizations in the nation, Enterprise has a new CEO and President and a renewed vision for taking a more public role in the national debate around affordable, rental housing, particularly for low-income families. Enterprise functions as one of the nation’s leading affordable housing investment platforms; a clearinghouse for policy at the local, state, and national levels; an owner-operator with over 100 communities under management across the mid-Atlantic; and as a community partner to thousands of organizations nationwide. The selected agency partner will help elevate Enterprise’s reputation within and outside the sector; position our leaders as thought experts in the field; advance our solutions and opportunities for investors and funders; and ultimately shift the public debate around housing and affordability in America.
