The City of Chattanooga—in partnership with the Maclellan Foundation, the Community Foundation of Greater Chattanooga and the Generosity Trust—announced the launch of Enterprise Community Partners’ Faith-Based Development Initiative^SM

Enterprise Community Development announced that two of its projects have been awarded 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) through the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development’s (DHCD) 2025 competitive funding round.

Houses of worship in Howard County, Maryland that are working on, in process of acquiring land, working on or considering an affordable housing or mixed-use development are invited to apply to a special opportunity to achieve their vision.

Enterprise and the City of Charlotte announced the 12 faith-based organizations selected for Faith in Housing Charlotte, an Enterprise Faith-Based Development Initiative^SM (Enterprise FBDI^SM) cohort.

Enterprise spoke with St. Vincent de Paul Georgia Executive Director Mike Mies to dig deeper into their work. Most recently, the organization participated in Enterprise’s Faith-Based Development Initiative in the Southeast, receiving training, technical assistance, and funding to support affordable housing development.
