Enterprise Community Partners announced that it has received a $400,000 grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York to create a program that will support capacity building and promote growth in the U.S. Virgin Islands’ affordable housing ecosystem.

The LIHTC fund will create or preserve 1,708 affordable homes across the country — and generate 2,777 new jobs and $314.6 million in wages, tax revenue, and business income, including $179.5 million in direct wages to workers.

Enterprise Community Partners initiated a Request for Proposal (RFP) process to identify a firm to support the implementation of our 2026–2030 Strategic Plan.

Enterprise is one of 142 awardees nationwide and among just 13 organizations to receive $90 million, placing it among the top recipients in the competitive process.
