The Enterprise Rural and Native American Program team has developed a series of no-cost training and peer-learning sessions designed to help rural housing providers and nonprofits acquire and preserve USDA Rural Development, HUD 811 and 202, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit and other subsidized and affordable housing.

2026 Rural Rental Housing Preservation Academy In-Person Convening

July 15, 2026

Enterprise hosted two days of conversation about affordable housing development and preservation in Boise, Idaho. This in-person convening was an extension of the 2026 Rural Rental Preservation Academy and focused on policies, funding, and innovative strategies to address rural affordability at the federal, state, and local level.
