Seventeen organizations in Maryland and Michigan were awarded Thome Aging Well Innovation Grants to cultivate transformative aging in community solutions.
This funding opportunity aims to provide flexible support to affordable housing organizations and past Enterprise Thome Aging Well grantees to respond to the urgent or emerging needs of their residents or clients with effective solutions.
Today, Affordable Housing Finance named Enterprise Community Development’s Lake Anne House as the 2023 “Best Overall Project” and “Best Senior Development” in its annual Readers’ Choice Awards program. Lake Anne House was selected for its preservation of affordable housing that has enabled 300+ culturally diverse, low-income residents to age in place in Fairfax County, one of Virginia’s most expensive counties.
Enterprise is excited to announce a call for letters of intent (LOI) for the development and implementation of innovations to foster healthy and joyful aging in community. Innovation awards will be between $300,000 and $1,000,000.
Enterprise has closed on financing for Edgewood Commons V, consisting of nearly 800 affordable homes and part of the larger Edgewood Commons campus located in Northeast Washington, D.C.
Enterprise seeks proposals from qualified individuals or organizations to support the Thome Aging Well Innovation Grant Program as it transitions grantees from the planning phase into the implementation phase of their proposed projects.
This grant opportunity is to scale proven housing-based services and supports that enable low-income older adults living in Michigan and Maryland to age in place.
