Victoria Rowe Barreca is director of Capital Solutions and Partnerships for Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. In this capacity, she helps to address complex social issues through developing scalable capital solutions which support core program areas, including vulnerable populations, green initiatives, preservation and public housing. She is also responsible for supporting Enterprise’s partners by ensuring a seamless delivery of the entire financing platform.
Previously, Victoria was as a senior loan officer for Enterprise Community Loan Fund, Inc., underwriting and closing various types of bridge loans primarily in the New York City market. Prior to joining Enterprise in 2006, Victoria served as a deputy director and project manager under the city of New York’s Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) division of alternative management, where her work focused on the disposition and gut rehabilitation of thousands of units of New York City in rem and HUD 203k properties. Victoria has more than 13 years of experience in affordable housing and real estate finance.
Victoria holds a master’s of urban planning from New York University’s Wagner School of Public Service, and a bachelor’s degree in urban anthropology from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
