Houses of worship in Howard County, Maryland that are working on, in process of acquiring land, working on or considering an affordable housing or mixed-use development are invited to apply to a special opportunity to achieve their vision.

Enterprise and the City of Charlotte announced the 12 faith-based organizations selected for Faith in Housing Charlotte, an Enterprise Faith-Based Development Initiative^SM (Enterprise FBDI^SM) cohort.

Enterprise spoke with St. Vincent de Paul Georgia Executive Director Mike Mies to dig deeper into their work. Most recently, the organization participated in Enterprise’s Faith-Based Development Initiative in the Southeast, receiving training, technical assistance, and funding to support affordable housing development.

Enterprise has initiated a Request for Proposals (RFP) process to support upcoming Faith-Based Development Initiative (FBDI) cohort programs in Washington, DC and Baltimore County, Baltimore City and Prince George’s County, MD.
