Hirabayashi Place, a mixed-use property in Seattle's Chinatown International District, features art to connect the building to the history and culture of its surrounding neighborhood. This new affordable housing will be financed, in part, through a $53.3 million equity investment by Enterprise and Fannie Mae under the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit program.
