Enterprise, together with National Equity Fund, compiled and analyzed financial data from over 400 affordable housing properties under our asset management to produce a report that highlights the distress in New York's affordable housing stock. Several indicators such as increases in operating expenses, reduced rent collection, and skyrocketing insurance rates are emphasized to demonstrate the concerning instability that the future of affordable housing faces, and what solutions stakeholders must take to reverse it.
