Agnes Kim
Agnes Kim is a program manager for New York’s policy and communications team, where she supports Enterprise’s policy agenda. Working closely within the team and community partners, she works to advance policy solutions related to affordable housing development and preservation through advocacy and research at the local and state levels. In this role, she develops strategic internal and external communications to deepen engagement among stakeholders.
Agnes brings a range of experiences in research, data analysis, and communications, but has always worked in the housing space. Prior to joining Enterprise, she worked at New York City’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development, conducting data analysis to inform the agency’s programs and policies. Before this, she worked at a homelessness services and housing nonprofit based in Boston.
Agnes holds a master’s degree in public policy analysis from New York University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics and communications from Boston College.
