Enterprise Green Communities has vetted consultants in the TA Provider Database to ensure that each organization has the appropriate credentials and a history of delivering high-quality technical expertise. Those listed have demonstrated their continued commitment to bringing sustainable solutions to the affordable housing sector.

Now Soliciting Submissions of Qualifications
Enterprise is now soliciting submissions of Technical Assistance Provider (hereinafter TA Provider) qualifications to support its Green Communities initiative. In response to the growing demand for specialized green technical assistance among our affordable housing partners, we have developed this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to select the nation’s leading green development professionals in the residential sector. Our objective is to expand the delivery of technical assistance to local green affordable housing developers across Enterprise Impact Markets.
We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis for the year of 2018. The application will be open for the following periods:
January 8th, 2018 – March 23rd, 2018
Responses will be received the week of April 6th, 2018
April 9th, 2018 – June 22nd, 2018
Responses will be received the week of July 6th, 2018
July 9th, 2018 – September 21st, 2018
Responses will be received the week of October 5th, 2018
October 8th, 2018 – December 14th, 2018
Responses will be received the week of January 4th, 2019

If you were approved in the October 2017 application you do not need to apply again. If you were in the TA Provider database and did not respond to the October 2017 application, you must resubmit at this time to be added back to the database.
All accepted TA Providers will be in the database for a period of two years. At this time, you will be required to reapply to remain in the database.
