Enterprise began working in the Gulf Coast shortly after the 2005 hurricanes and resulting flooding devastated the region. Together with partners and funders, we’ve helped create or preserve homes for more than 110,392 homes across the region.

Enterprise works to improve life outcomes for low-income residents through housing preservation and production, bridging the racial equity gap and increasing resources available for community development.

We are committed to ensuring access to quality homes that are safe, stable, and affordable and to undoing the legacy of discriminatory policies and practices in housing. Since our office opened in 1987, we have committed more than $6.174 billion to create or preserve over 88,195 affordable homes across New York state.

Together with partners and funders, we’ve helped create or preserve over 34,074 affordable homes by leveraging over $3.7 billion in capital across the region.

We have helped create or preserve 54,891 affordable homes by leveraging $4.162 billion in capital throughout Washington and Oregon.

Together with partners, we’ve helped create or preserve over 149,849 affordable homes by leveraging $12.062 billion in capital across the Southeast region.

In Southern California, we deliver solutions and advocate for policies that ensure the most vulnerable residents have access to opportunity. With nonprofit, public and private partners and funders, we create more inclusive and equitable neighborhoods.
