Lindsay Knotts

Associate Vice President, Policy

Lindsay (she/her) is the associate vice president of policy at Enterprise, where she oversees the team's federal policy efforts to improve and scale housing access and opportunity and the supports people need to thrive. She is a leader in systems transformation and expert at curating partnerships and building consensus around social change at the local, state, and federal levels. Before joining Enterprise, Lindsay served as managing director of impact strategies for TheCaseMade, where she led national public will building efforts around housing justice, health equity, and equitable development. She also formerly served as a policy and content expert for The Housing Playbook Project for the Biden-Harris administration and, before that, as policy director for the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness, where she led the council in developing Home Together: The Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness. Lindsay is a trained social worker who started her career on the ground in rural West Virginia. She holds a master of social work degree from West Virginia University.
