August 20, 2025New York – Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. (Enterprise) today announced the appointment of Julie Gonzalez to the organization’s New York Advisory Board. Julie is currently a Community Development Banking Vice President for J.P. Morgan.

“Julie brings a deep commitment to community development and creative financing solutions that will inform Enterprise’s work, as we work to increase the statewide affordable housing supply,” said Baaba Halm, interim co-president of Solutions Division and senior vice president of programs at Enterprise Community Partners. “Her insights will be a tremendous asset to our Advisory Board, and we’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

Julie brings robust experience in statewide affordable housing finance and development to the New York Advisory Board, with roles in both the public and private sectors. Before joining J.P. Morgan, Julie was a Senior Project Manager at the New York City Housing Development Corporation, where she played a key role in underwriting and closing affordable housing transactions. During her tenure at Joy Construction Corporation, Julie oversaw the development of mixed-use, multi-family affordable housing projects. Julie began her career at the Housing Partnership Development Corporation, laying the foundation for her deep expertise in community development and real estate.

Julie holds a B.A. from Seattle University and an M.A. from Hunter College, and a master’s degree in the field of urban planning.
