Enterprise Community Partners, Inc. invites houses of worship in Howard County, MD that own land or are in the process of acquiring land, and are working on, or contemplating working on an affordable housing or mixed-use development, to apply to participate in a specialized opportunity to achieve their vision.
With financial support made available by Truist, houses of worship will be provided with an organizational assessment, market analysis/feasibility study, and a development consultant to provide an early predevelopment concept plan.
This cultivation opportunity is valued at $15,000 (per house of worship) and will require the senior clergy leader and at least one lay leader from the house of worship to meet with the assigned industry professionals and accomplish the work by December 30, 2025.
