This session helps homeowners understand rebuilding costs, timelines, and available financial assistance — including insurance, loans, and grants — and navigate the application process.

How to Rebuild: Manufactured, Factory-Built Homes, and ADUs | Wednesday, April 22 at 12-1:30 p.m. PT
This session covers permitting, zoning, and rebuilding timelines, and explores manufactured home and ADU options, including requirements and best practices.

Resilient Rebuild: Incorporating Fire-Resistance Standards | Wednesday, May 13 at 12-1:30 p.m. PT
This session highlights climate-resilient building practices, the benefits of sustainable construction, and California's requirements for resilient, energy-efficient rebuilding.

Returning Home: Supporting Senior Homeowners | Wednesday, May 27 at 12-1:30 p.m. PT
This session helps senior homeowners remain in their community post-disaster and avoid risks such as fraud and displacement.

Returning Home: Mobile Home Park Residents and Renters | Wednesday, June 17 at 12-1:30 p.m. PT
This session covers tenant rights, rebuilding options, tenant protections, and pathways to access legal aid and housing resources.
