Hub Advisory Committee member Rob is a senior advisor to Partnership for Southern Equity (PSE) and founder of EcoDistricts, a nonprofit dedicated to encouraging cities, developers, and community-based organizations to embrace climate action, resiliency, and racial equity in all phases of urban regeneration and community development. He led the organization for eight years through its recent acquisition by PSE in December 2021. While there, Rob oversaw the development of the EcoDistricts Protocol, a groundbreaking implementation framework, professional credential, and community-scale certification program. Under Rob’s leadership, EcoDistricts convened and trained over 5,000 people representing over 1,000 organizations and advised 106 project teams from 334 cities and 16 countries. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Landscape Architecture and Regional Planning and a BA in History from the University of Richmond.
