Hub expert Eva Rosenbloom is a manager on RMI's REALIZE-Massachusetts team. Actively engaging with designers, building owners, manufacturers, local agencies, and contractors, she facilitates and supports building retrofit projects in Massachusetts to expedite decarbonization of cold climate building typologies. Eva has over 20 years of experience in many roles within the design and management of pioneering and sustainable built projects. She has demonstrated expertise in building greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and data analysis, construction methodologies, systems thinking, building mechanical systems, renewable energy, and life-cycle cost and benefit analyses. Eva currently serves as an appointed member of her local energy committee and is a licensed architect.
