Hub Advisory Committee member Esther Agbaje is a staff attorney with the Public Health Law Center providing legal technical assistance on commercial tobacco control and climate justice issues. Esther also serves on the Minnesota House of Representatives. Prior to joining PHLC, she was a plaintiff’s attorney with a focus on medical malpractice, personal injury, and class actions. As a former foreign affairs officer with the U.S. Department of State, Esther managed rule of law projects in the Middle East focusing on Egypt and the Gulf States.
