Enterprise's Rocky Mountain Market is pleased to announce the award of $900,000 in HUD Section 4 Capacity Building grants to 13 community-based organizations operating in Colorado and New Mexico.

A critical federal resource for over 30 years, Section 4 is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and delivered by national intermediaries—including Enterprise—to help strengthen the long-term capacity and stability of community development corporations (CDCs) and community housing development organizations (CHDOs).

Section 4 funding represents more than just dollars—it’s an investment in leadership, innovation, and long-term impact. By expanding staff capacity, strengthening systems, and leveraging technical expertise and partnerships, this support is helping nonprofits in the Rockies and across the country deliver more effective solutions today while building the long-term infrastructure needed to expand affordable housing opportunity and community resilience for years to come.

Meet the 2025 Grantees

This year’s Rocky Mountain grantees, including five first-time recipients, are using the funds to advance housing across 10 counties in the region:

We are proud to celebrate this year’s Section 4 cohort and look forward to expanding our partnership and collectively addressing our region’s most pressing housing challenges.
