Through a combination of grants, coalition-building, and support services, the Local Rental Owners Collaborative in Los Angeles, supported by the Chan Zuckerberg Foundation and facilitated by Enterprise, is helping stabilize and improve housing for those who need it most — particularly within Black and brown communities impacted most by the pandemic and decades of exclusionary housing policies. The effort supports local, independent rental owners at risk of foreclosure, and helps avoid displacement of tenants struggling to pay rent. Learn more about the collaborative.
