Ruby Harris

Sr. Director, Capital Solutions & Partnerships

Ruby Harris is senior director of Capital Solutions and Partnerships on the Southern California team, where she supports affordable housing through developer capacity building, creative capital deployment, and policy initiatives.

Before joining Enterprise, Ruby served as co-director of lending at Community Vision, a Northern California regional Community Development Financial Institution. She also created the Small Sites Program at the Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development in San Francisco — an acquisition and rehabilitation initiative that became a model for community-focused housing preservation.

Ruby's career has centered on community-based real estate strategies, spanning nonprofit management, program and product design, project management, public policy, finance, and grant-making. She holds a bachelor's degree in ethnic studies and city planning from the University of California, Berkeley.
