Martina Guglielmone

Program Manager

Martina Guglielmone is program manager with Rocky Mountain at Enterprise Community Partners. In this role, she supports the implementation of cross-cutting initiatives that advance affordable housing production and preservation, climate resilience, and community stability. She facilitates strategic guidance, technical assistance, and capacity-building support for housing partners, public agencies, and community-based organizations across Colorado and the greater Rocky Mountain region.

Prior to joining Enterprise, Martina led a strategy consulting team at the Denver-based Harbor Research. Before relocating to Colorado, Martina managed the economic development program at Smart Growth America in Washington, D.C., where she supported local, state, and regional governments in achieving their equitable development goals.

Martina earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida, and her master’s degree in sociology from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
