Enterprise Community Development today celebrated the official groundbreaking of Brookland Park Apartments located in the 1200 block of Brookland Park Blvd in the Highland Park neighborhood of Richmond.

City and state leaders join Enterprise to celebrate a new, energy-efficient affordable housing provides 66 modern apartments for families in the Highland Park neighborhood. Groundbreaking for Green Park Apartments community will create 43 affordable apartments and commercial space.

Enterprise Community Development and Durrani Development welcomed city and community leaders on September 30 to celebrate the ribbon-cutting of Aspire Apartments, an 86-unit affordable housing community in Southeast Washington, DC.
