Enterprise's Public Policy Priorities for 2022

Over the past year, policymakers and the White House have made progress on the 47 recommendations we laid out in our 2021 policy agenda. But much work remains as millions of Americans report little to no confidence in their ability to make rent next month. This document outlines steps leaders can take in the coming months to create and preserve more affordable homes, strengthen federal housing programs and increase investments in work to address systemic racial inequities and end cycles of poverty.
