Housing Navigation in NYC: Approaches to Securing Stable Housing Across Diverse Populations

This in-person session will provide participants with an overview, outcomes, and lessons learned from the From Hope to Home Pilot Program as well as discuss opportunities to deepen housing navigation work for practitioners in New York City. Through presentations, a moderated panel discussion, audience Q&A, attendees will hear from Enterprise, The Fortune Society, The Furman Center, NYC Department of Housing Preservation & Development (HPD), Anthos Home, New Destiny, and BronxWorks on approaches to supporting individuals and households in accessing stable housing. By the conclusion of the event, participants will have a deeper understanding of housing navigation models, best practices for implementation, and lessons from peer organizations and agencies serving different populations.
