As the Covid-19 pandemic continues to unfold quickly, Enterprise Denver is working hand in hand statewide with local housing providers, housing agencies, advocates and philanthropy to respond to our state’s crisis.   2. The statewide eviction moratorium for eligible renters and suspended late fees for all renters expired without renewal as of January 1, 2021. Please refer to this Colorado Division of Housing webpage listing current updates to any of Governor Polis's executive orders for the most up to date information on any changes to this.
