Enterprise’s newly launched State Leaders Land Use Forum is designed to equip state policymakers and practitioners with the collaborative space, peer learning, and technical support needed to tackle housing affordability through land use and supply solutions. Inaugural members will share real-world strategies, receive advisory support, and accelerate effective policy reforms through both virtual and in-person convenings.

Description of the State Leadership Team:

a) Describe your proposed state leadership team, identifying a lead participant. States may structure teams to align with governance and policy priorities. However, priority will be given to teams that include leadership from both Executive and Legislative branches, as well as leaders from non-governmental and/or quasi-governmental organizations. Bipartisan representation is encouraged.

b) For each participating entity, explain its role in land use policymaking and/or implementation. If applicable, describe how your state’s 2026 election cycle could affect team composition and outline strategies to maintain cohesion.
