Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge

Closing the nation’s affordable housing gap requires changing how affordable homes are built, financed, and serve and support residents. The Housing Affordability Breakthrough Challenge launched with the goal to identify, accelerate and scale innovative housing affordability solutions. Enterprise leads the Breakthrough Challenge with the generous financial support of Wells Fargo. Six innovation teams prevailed from a pool of almost 900 proposals. Each winner received $2.5 million to carry out their transformative work.
