Enterprise is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a strategic assessment of our Enterprise Solutions Division’s Consulting and Advisory Services (Advisors). This evaluation will help us refine our business model, enhance operational efficiency, and identify areas for growth and impact.

The selected firm will: 

  • Assess the current operational processes, including business development, project management, client engagement, and internal collaboration.
  • Review the team’s budgetary processes and financial management practices.
  • Evaluate the team’s strategic objectives and their alignment with the overall mission and goals of the division.
  • Provide strategic insights to support the team’s growth and the scaling of their services.

Proposal Requirements
Interested firms should submit a proposal that includes: 

  • An overview of relevant experience and expertise.
  • Approach and methodology for assessment. 
  • Proposed timeline and deliverables.
